SHIPPING
At The Omit Boutique, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard USPS or UPS delivery. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it right to your door. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high‑volume periods. The Omit Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information, but we’re always here to help if you need support with your order.
RETURNS
We want you to love every piece you purchase from The Omit Boutique. If for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we offer an extended return window of 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that sale items, accessories, and final‑sale pieces are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or need help with your return, our team is always here to support you.
