To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.

• Tags must be attached and original packaging included when possible.

• Any item returned in used or damaged condition may be denied.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Items received after the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Accessories (jewelry, hats, hair accessories) and final sale items

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
